Signatures that grounded the judgment of judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali were FORGERIES IN FACT.

The Above FORGERIES OF MY WIFE'S TRUE SIGNATURE were the ones that were allegedly affixed to the alleged documents that were annexed to the supporting affidavit of Mr Stephen Lim Cheng Ban, and duly affirmed by Stephen Lim on the 17th September, 2004, and alleged by him as evidence that she signed the exhibited alleged documents.

Just a mere cursory examination of the forgeries will show us that the many alleged signatures were written by at least two or three different writers. Considering that judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali intended to strike out said Petition on her examination of the forgeries, SHE HAS A DUTY TO PETITIONER UNDER THE LAW TO BE DEFINITELY SURE THAT THE FORGERIES WERE IN FACT NOT FORGERIES.

JUDGE ZAINON BINTI MOHD. ALI REFUSED LEAVE FOR PETITIONER TO CROSS EXAMINE STEPHEN LIM, THEREBY CLOSING OUT PETITIONER'S RIGHT TO ESTABLISH THAT THE ALLEGED SIGNATURES WERE IN FACT FORGERIES. In these circumstances she had sought to deny Petitioner her right to establish the true nature of the alleged signatures as FORGERIES IN FACT.

Given that the alleged signatures of my wife were in fact forgeries, the judgment of Judge Zainon binti Mohd Ali cannot stand at whatever and whenever the stage of the proceedings; the judgment has to quashed on the grounds that Stephen LIm obtained the judgment by FRAUD; or alternatively judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali had abetted the respondents in the perpetration of their crimes, and her judgment was an illegal judgment, and therefore was a nullity and void.
