After reading the acquittal of Abdul Razak Beginda for the murder of Atalantula I despair that any rule of law exist at all in Malaysia. I have stated in several fax messages to all the legal practitioner in Selangor (those with fax No. at least ) I have shown that the action of Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali was and still is CRIMINAL. The existence of the fact that order for security for costs and order for striking out after the payment of Rm.60,000 CONSTITUTTES AIDING AND ABETTING, OBTAINING MONEY UNDR FALSE PRETENCES BECAUSE THERE WAS NO INTENTION FOR JUDGE ZAINON TO PROCEED TO TRIAL AFTER THE PAYMENT OF RM.60,000. Judging from the absolute silence of Mr David Hoh who holds himself incommunicado and his refusal to inform my wife of the present status of my wife's petition, I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT THERE IS A conspiracy among all the lawyers representing all the respondents, Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali and Mr David Hoh TO MAKE THE EXISTENCE OF Originating Petition No. D2-26-41 of 2001 FUCKING DISAPPEAR ! The Legal fratenity and Judiciary of Malaysia thinks nothing of CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR AND ACTIONS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES. There is a total lack of professionalism, ethical practice and total abandonment of morality; just so very malaysian. I HAVE SET OUT THE CRIMINAL CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH MY WIFE'S RM.60,000 WAS LURED AND ENTICED TO BE PAID INTO THE HANDS OF LAWYERS OF RESPONDENTS INSTEAD OF INTO COURT AS IS NORMAL UNDER THE RULES OF PROCEDURE.Under these circumstances WILL THE CHIEF JUSTICE TAN SRI ZAKI AZMI CONDONE THE CRIMINAL RETENTION OF MY WIFE'S RM.60,000 ? The COURT file for the ORIGINATING PETITION No.D2-26-41 OF 2001 has gone missing, as all the circumstances would indecate; therefore IS IT NOT CRIMINAL FOR JUDGE ZAINON BINTI MOHD. ALI TO RETAIN THE SECURITY FOR COSTS by her order for security for costs, a trial of the petition that was criminally denied to petitioner; a fucking trial THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE ? Mr David Hoh has been professionally negligent in entering an appeal, because this appeal ligitimises the criminal actions of Judge Zainon; in that this appeal will push the progress of my wife's Petition into a state of suspended animation or into the graveyard of Malaysian appeals that will never see the light of day. The correct action and legal process that Mr David Hoh should have taken to correct the illegality, criminality of the actions of judge Zainon IS TO APPLY TO SET ASIDE THE UNLAWFUL AND ILLEGAL ORDER TO STRIKE OUT AND TO APPLY FOR LEAVE TO SET THE PETITION DOWN FOR HEARING. Mr David Hoh did not defend against Stephen Lim Cheng Ban's application for striking out said Petition. However, now that Judge Zainon had ABUSED HER JUDICIAL POWERS BY FUCKING APPROVING TO STEPHEN LIM HIS APPLICATION FOR STRIKING OUT, PETITIONER WILL NOT DIGNIFY HER ILLITERACY IN THE LAW; WE WILL LEAVE THIS SHAME ON THE MALAYSIAN JUDICIARY AS IT STANDS. The only cause that is open to the Malaysian judiciary to put right this shame is to openly cause a POLICE INVESTIGATIONS INTO THE 3 POLICE REPORTS THAT WERE ANNEXED TO MY WIFE'S SUPPORTING AFFIDAVITS. THE POLICE WILL FIND THAT THE SUPPORTING AFFIDAVIT of Stephen Lim are all fabrications; it is then the Attorney General's Dept. to DUTY TO correct this shame by PROSECUTING MR STEPHEN LIM, WONG KEM CHEN AND KWONG SEA YOON FOR PERJURY AND FORGERY AND RELATED CRIMES. Judge Zainon made the mistake of thinking that she could, with impunity and without any consideration for the illegality of her unlawful act of striking out said Petition, fucking BURY MY WIFE'S PETITION in the graveyard of MALAYSIAN HIGH COURT APPEALS, now standing in a line of 100,000 unheard appeals; the earliest possible hearing of this line up of cases will not take place for another 10 life times. HITHERTO ALL SUCH APPEAL NONSENSE WENT UNHEARD AND UNCARED FOR, but now I HAVE FOUND THE POWER OF fax-email and I can inform hundreds by the click of the mouse. Every week I fax 500 messages to 500 different recepients all practicing lawyers for the purpose of SHAMING THE MALAYSIAN JUDICIARY ! My fax-email has spelt out the legal rationale why Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali has by her partisan actions on the High Court bench in the adjudication of my wife's petition FUCKING TURNED HER CONDUCT INTO CRIMINAL ACTIONS AND ALL DUE TO HER ILLITERACY OF THE LAW. Just merely FUCKING BEING MALAY IS NOT ENOUGH TO BE A HIGH COURT JUDGE. ZAINON BINTI MOHD. ALI NEED ALSO TO KNOW THE LAW WHICH AS I HAVE DEMONSTRATED SHE KNOWS FUCKING NOTHING,...A FICKING ZILCH ! NADDA ! My point in this message is to tell the Chief Justice Tan Sri Zaki Azmi that members of the Malaysian Bar Council fucking know that the retention of security for costs (Rm.60,000)paid by petitioner and that retention by the respondents under the illegal ORDER TO STRIKE OUT appeoved by fucking judge Zainon IS RETENTION OF STOLEN MONEY AND THAT JUDGE ZAINON IS PRO-ACTIVELY a co-conspirator to the conspiracy to obtain money under false pretances, perverting the course of justice, conspiracy to perjure, to commit forgery, The criminality of Judge Zainon continues while the respondents retain my wife's paid up security for costs (Rm.60,000); THIS IS THE ALBATROSS THAT IS HUNG AROUND THE NECK OF JUDGE ZAINON BINTI MOHD. ALI. IT FUCKING STINKS ! THE ONLY FUCKING SOLUTION IS FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO ORDER THE POLICE TO INVESTIGATE THE 3 POLICE REPORTS THAT WERE ANNEXED TO MY WIFE'S SUPPORTING AFFIDAVITS THAT CHARGES THE RESPONDENTS WONG KEM CHEN, KWONG SEA YOON AND STEPHEN LIM CHENG BAN WITH PERJURY AND FORGERY !. This is the sworn duty of the ATTORNEY GENERAL. MY CHARGE THAT THE MALAYSIAN JUDICIARY IS CRIMINAL REMAINS WHILE RESPONDENTS RETAIN MY WIFE'S SECURITY FOR COSTS FOR A TRIAL THAT IS NEVER TO TAKE PLACE BECAUSE JUDGE ZAINON'S FUCKING ORDER TO STRIKE OUT MAKES THE ORDER FOR SECURITY FOR COSTS FUCKING NONSENSE. This can only HAPPEN IN MALAYSIA WHERE JUDGES DO NOT KNOW THE LAW. Fucking LAW ILLITERATES ! Judge Zainon has, due to her ILLITERACY OF THE LAW, created an embarassment for the Malaysian judiciary, and it is for Judge Zainon and the Malaysian judiciary to redeem themselves.
