Ali. and to her public and blatant ABUSE OF JUDICIAL POWERS. The release of prominent blogger, Raja Petra Kamaruddin from DETENTION under the INTERNAL SECURITY ACT is UNPRECEDENTED IN 50 YEARS. This IS A PLOY TO ATTRACT THE SUPPORT OF PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA TO ENTER INTO THE long sought after "BI-LATERAL TRADE AGREEMENT". By the same token, WHY DID DATO SRI ANWAR IBRAHIM SCORE A VICTORY AT THE SESSION COURT FROM FURTHER ABUSE OF POWER BY THE UMNO GOVERNMENT ON AN APPLICATION TO TRANSFER HIS SODOMY CASE TO THE HIGH COURT ? This is the 1st time that the AG did not get what the AG wants ! WHY ! WHY ! IT IS BECAUSE THE UMNO GOVERNMENT WANTS TO PRESENT AN ACCEPTABLE FRONT TO THE NEW USA ADMINISTRATION. The previous USA administeration of G. Bush had spurned and rejected any such bi-lateral trade agreement because they had rightly and with due moral concerns had INTENDED TO USE THE APPROVAL OF ANY SUCH TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MALAYSIA AND THE USA AS "CARROT" and their rejection as the "STICK" to force the Malaysian government to CHANGE and to REFORM the Malaysian OPPRESSIVE AND IMMORAL POLICY OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE NATION'S MINORITIES. For 50 years of Malaysian independance, the Chinese & Indian minorities HAVE SUFFERED HUMILIATION AND DEPRIVATION. Chinese & Indians have been discriminated and pro-actively prevented from employment in the any government funded projects and government institutions. Chinese & Indians are prevented from studying in government funded universities and colleges. THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION HAD JUSTLY AND MORALLY USED THE CARROT & STICK TO FORCE THE GOVERNMENT TO UNDERTAKE REFORM TO THIS RIDICULOUS INHUMAN DISCRIMINATION.OF MINORITIES IN MALAYSIA. We, the Chinese & Indian minorities of Malaysian citizenship IMPLORE THE NEW USA ADMINISTRATION TO CONTINUE THE INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE CARROT & STICK, in dealing on the issue of USA-Malaysia bi-lateral trade agreement; so as TO FORCE THE GOVERNMENT OF UMNO TO CHANGE AND TO GIVE THE MINORITIES A MORAL AND JUST STAKE IN THE opportunities offered by the NATION. I beg to remind your Excellency of recent developents in Malaysia of which I am sure, you must already know; relating to the outrageous treatment of Indians in the Hindraff affair and such similar OUTRAGE :(1)the claim that our soon to be Prime Minister Najib, that he was the lover of brutally slain Mongolian model Atalanta Sharibu; and Najib was summarily absolved of this charge by swearing on the Koran, WHAT A JOKE !(2)political analyst Abdul Razak Beginda was similarly cursarily acquited on the similar criminal charge of abetting murder,(3) I now turn to developments in my wife's case as cited above. Judge Dato Zainon binti Mohd. Ali of the Malaysian Court of Appeal approved both ORDER for security for costs and an ORDER TO STRIKE OUT. Approving these two orders neutralises one for the other and therefore the two orders amount to zero; yet Judge Zainon has suspended my wife's petition from further progress in the court process, and what is even more outrageous, Judge Zainon has retained my wife's money and yet not allow her to progress her petition. RETAINING my wife's money in these circumstances constitutes RETAINING STOLEN MONEY OBTAINED UNDER FALSE PRETENCES. Judge Zainon is a criminal. The Chinese & iNDIAN minority plead with the USA government to DEMAND the removal of The Internal Security Act and the Sedition Act in exchange for the USA entering into any bi-lateral trade agreement with Malaysia. This is the only way that true democracy will become a reality. The people of Malaysia are crying out for salvation from the oppression of UMNO.
